The staff at this hotel was extremely friendly and accommodating. They went above and beyond to ensure that our stay was enjoyable. The location of the hotel was also excellent, with easy access to the main attractions and sights of the city. the breakfast buffet offered a diverse range of options and was a great way to start our day.

Our room had some issues. The walls were quite thin, and we could hear noises from outside and from neighboring rooms.

I recently stayed at the Ritz in Jerusalem for 5 nights. The location was perfect, only a short 10-minute walk to the old town. The staff, especially Ibrahim, were extremely helpful throughout my stay. The breakfast served from 6.30 am was a great start to the day. The hotel and rooms were spotlessly clean. The prices were lower compared to other parts of the city. I highly recommend trying the delicious and affordable falafel and hummus just across the street from the hotel.

Had a great weekend at the hotel! the breakfast had plenty of options and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. the location was ideal, just a short walk to the Old City and the markets. the room was cozy and comfortable, with a nicely furnished bathroom. Plus, the rooftop terrace was a great spot to relax and enjoy the views.

The laundry service was a bit disappointing, as our clothes came back still damp. the maid service missed cleaning up some spilled powder in the bathroom and we had to request fresh towels.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. It is very close to the Old City, within a 10-minute walk. The room and shower were very clean, and the bed was comfortable. The hotel also has private parking available for a small fee. We enjoyed the small balcony in our room, although it could get noisy at times. The staff was helpful, and there is a nice Nordic cafe nearby for breakfast.
