The location of the hotel was great, with plenty of bars, restaurants, and shopping malls within walking distance. the metro and metrobus stations were also conveniently located nearby, making it easy to explore the city. Additionally, the concierge staff were extremely helpful and friendly, providing excellent recommendations and arranging tours at competitive prices.

There were a few negative aspects to my stay. the wifi in the room did not work, which was quite frustrating.

The hotel's central location was convenient for exploring the city. I was impressed with the cleanliness of both my room and the facilities. I had a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

As someone who has stayed at many hotels, I must say that this place ticks off all the boxes for an ideal stay. Its location in the center of a charming and hip neighborhood is definitely a plus, providing easy access to everything the city has to offer. The staff at the reception desk was fabulous, always willing to go above and beyond to ensure my needs were met. Additionally, the room amenities were superb, including a spacious sitting area, carpeted floor, and an in-room safe. Oh, and I must mention the free toiletries, which were a delightful surprise.

I would highly recommend this venue to anyone looking for a modern stay with quality service.

The cleaning protocol for the rooms was great, ensuring a safe stay. The pillows were very comfortable and the room had a standard setup. The location was convenient, with easy access to the main road and metro. The bell person, Ricardo, was welcoming and attentive. He quickly resolved any issues, like when the TV in my room wasn't working.
