Very nice hotel and location for the price. Parking space, cab service outside. Rooms cleaned daily, efficient and respectful housekeeping staff. Breakfast was ok. Nice storage space, good Wi-Fi. Personalized safe code, good view. Location is great and close to public transportation. Many vegetarian options nearby. Safe neighborhood. Super friendly and helpful staff. Immaculately clean rooms. Air con worked great.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel - the location was perfect, with plenty of great restaurants within walking distance. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, especially Roberto at the front desk. The room was clean, bright, and spacious, with comfortable beds and daily housekeeping. The hotel facilities were excellent, and I particularly enjoyed the breakfast at the restaurant. Additionally, the hotel is conveniently located near a metro station, making it easy to explore the city.

The room was spacious enough for three people and was always kept clean by the housekeeping staff. the location of the hotel was excellent, with many attractions and amenities within walking distance. Additionally, the receptionist was incredibly helpful and provided us with great recommendations for our trip.

The staff at the hotel were not very friendly, and we had to call multiple times to receive extra towels each night. the pillows were uncomfortable and made noise due to being covered in plastic.

Friendly staff, clean rooms, good food at reasonable prices. Included breakfast was decent. Close to Hospital underground station for easy city transportation. Basic room with working TV, superb internet, fresh towels and water. Helpful front desk, delicious morning coffee. Convenient access to public transit - metro, bus, and tram steps away. Gym, breakfast staff, comfortable bed, nice views in rear rooms.

The staff at Marbella, especially Omar, made our stay memorable. They arranged tours, provided travel advice, and even gave Spanish lessons. The hotel had great cleaning protocols and comfortable pillows. The location was convenient, with easy access to the main road and metro. Ricardo, the bell person, was welcoming and attentive. The restaurant served delicious chicken mole poblano. The room was spacious and well-lit, with a very comfortable bed. The staff offered complimentary beer and were always ready to call a cab. Marbella was a good hotel with friendly and helpful staff.
