The hotel is beautifully decorated and well-maintained. The views from the balcony are breathtaking. The location in front of the famous Copper Canyon is excellent. The tours and adventure park were a lot of fun. Meeting and purchasing from the Tarahumera people was a unique and meaningful experience. The staff, especially Fernando the waiter, were helpful and friendly. The food at the hotel was good.

Limited dining options and poor food quality. the included buffet breakfast was adequate, but the priced fixed lunch and dinner options lacked variety and were disappointing.
