I had a truly memorable experience at this hotel, with the highlight being the breathtaking views of the Copper Canyon from both the rooms and the main building. The staff was efficient and very helpful, and they even provided a shuttle service to the Adventure Park and surrounding areas at a reasonable rate. Additionally, they offered a complimentary shuttle from El Chepe, making transportation a breeze. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and all the rooms had balconies with stunning views. The cleanliness of the property was impeccable, and the hotel facilities were well-maintained. Furthermore, the restaurant and outside deck provided an amazing backdrop to enjoy meals while admiring the magnificent canyon.

Additionally, the breakfast provided was excellent, ensuring a good start to the day.

The staff was accommodating and the hotel was very clean. The deck bar area is the perfect spot for enjoying a cocktail while watching the sunset.

We hadden een geweldige tijd hier! De stacaravans waren schoon met twee aparte slaapkamers en perfect voor ons gezin. De ruimte was ideaal, vooral bij slecht weer. De wifi was uitstekend, wat belangrijk was voor ons 14-jarige kind. Het ontbijt was natuurlijk erg goed. Het echtpaar dat dit hotel beheert is erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam.
