The hotel's location is perfect, right in the middle of the walking area and very close to the center of town. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious with a great range of choices. The rooms were very clean and comfortable.

My recent stay at Hotel Parador De Alcala was absolutely delightful. I was in Oaxaca for a week-long vacation and the hotel exceeded my expectations. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, even going as far as upgrading my room when I expressed my discomfort. The upgraded room was stunning, with a window overlooking the beautiful surroundings. The beds were incredibly comfortable, making for a great night's sleep. The location of the hotel is perfect, right in the heart of the historic center, close to top restaurants, markets, and tour origination points. The complimentary breakfast was plentiful and delicious, and the wifi worked flawlessly. I couldn't have asked for a better stay.

The room was spacious and modern, and the king bed was exactly how I like it, firm and comfortable. This boutique hotel is in an excellent location to explore the charming old town and offers a relaxing break from the city's hustle and bustle. You can easily step out into a pedestrian street surrounded by restaurants, nightclubs, and street vendors. The rooms and bathrooms are spacious, and the hotel is well-maintained with a modern and minimalist decor. If you need a cool escape from the heat, you can take a refreshing dip in the lovely rooftop pool.

One minor thing to keep in mind is the breakfast policy, which doesn't allow you to upgrade your choice even if you're prepared to pay for it. However, the choices offered are still very good.

The service was impeccable, from the room service to the helpful staff who provided great travel advice. The amenities were top-notch, with a beautiful terrace and pool that had an amazing view of the city. The breakfast and food from the restaurant were absolutely superb. this place provided enhanced comfort and quality services, making it a luxurious choice for anyone visiting.

The location was perfect, right in the center of downtown and within walking distance of many shops, sights, and good restaurants. Additionally, the facilities were clean, modern, and comfortable. We also enjoyed the included breakfast, which offered a wide variety of delicious options to choose from.

On the downside, the room was a bit small and we found the staff to be unfriendly and unhelpful at times. Furthermore, the swimming pool did not live up to our expectations as it was not as big or nice as depicted in the photos.
