We had a fantastic stay at Kavia! The location was perfect, right on Paseo, and we loved the beautiful interior of our room. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making sure we had everything we needed. The room was spacious, clean, and well-appointed with amenities like a safe, fridge, and wardrobe. We also appreciated the double sinks in the bathroom and the selection of toiletries provided. The pool was a great bonus for a quick dip on hot days, and we enjoyed lounging in the comfortable poolside area. Additionally, there was a great coffee shop downstairs with plenty of options.

It's worth mentioning that we encountered a minor inconvenience during our stay. Our room, number 214, had issues with the shower.

This hotel has a great location, with lots of restaurants and coffee shops within walking distance. the rooms were spacious and we enjoyed the balcony/rooftop area. the Italian restaurant next door was a great addition, with delicious food! the pool was also a nice feature.

Our room lacked natural light and felt a bit claustrophobic. the noise level was also pretty high, especially in the morning and at night.

The hotel is conveniently located in the center of the city, making it easily accessible from the ADO bus station. Additionally, there is a fantastic cafe right next to the hotel where you can enjoy a delicious breakfast. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the staff provides friendly and efficient service.

The hotel could improve its pool and jacuzzi facilities, as they may require some repairs.

The location of Hotel Plaza By Kavia was perfect, situated on one of the best streets in Merida. The rooms were comfortable and spacious. I especially enjoyed the Italian restaurant and cafe located right outside the hotel's entrance. The rooftop sitting area was also a nice touch. Despite a few drawbacks, I would recommend this hotel for its prime location and comfortable rooms. I had a pleasant stay at Hotel Plaza By Kavia.

The room was spacious and comfortable, with a great AC and strong water pressure. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making sure we had a quiet room. The hotel is new and modern, with a cute rooftop sitting area. I highly recommend this hotel for a great stay in Merida.

I had a great stay at a hotel in Merida called Hotel Plaza By Kavia. The location was perfect, close to tourist attractions and in a safe area for walking around. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with separate basins for the shower/toilet. The high ceilings added to the spacious feel of the bedroom. I also enjoyed the decent breakfast offered at the hotel. The staff was warm and welcoming, making me feel at home.

There were a few drawbacks. The restaurant nearby played loud music, making it difficult to sleep early.
