The hotel had a fantastic location, just a short walk away from the main attractions in the area. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making our stay very enjoyable. They even helped us with our luggage, which was a nice touch. The hotel had a lovely garden with a beautiful swimming pool that was open till late, providing a great place to relax and unwind after a day of exploring. We also appreciated the fact that there was free parking available on site.

The hotel was located on a busy road, so there was quite a bit of noise from passing trucks and buses. This made it a bit difficult to sleep, especially if your room was on the road side.

We appreciated being able to take a short walk into Piste for dinner options. The hotel is nestled in a large and pretty garden, which provided a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. Additionally, the staff here were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Despite the language barrier, they made an effort to understand our limited Spanish and engaged in conversation with us. Their exceptional service truly enhanced our stay here.

We stayed at a hotel near Chichén Itzá, Puerta Chichen, and it exceeded our expectations. We initially planned to stay only one night due to its convenient location, but we ended up extending our stay because of the amazing experience. The atmosphere, the restaurant, and the facilities were all excellent. The staff was incredibly sweet, kind, and accommodating. The hotel was the ideal place to relax and unwind. We will definitely come back here when we visit the Yucatán again.

Plus, the hotel is conveniently close to the entrance of Chichen Itza, making it easy for us to visit the site early in the morning and avoid the crowds. Not to mention, the food at the restaurant was delicious and affordable. We highly recommend Puerta Chichen as the best value hotel in the area for anyone planning a trip to this amazing archaeological site.

The hotel is quite beautiful, with well-designed rooms and lovely gardens, as well as a pool you can use early in the morning. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, and the breakfasts were delicious. the location is perfect if you plan to get up early and head to the main attraction.

The bed was rather uncomfortable, at least for me, as it was too soft. the hotel is situated right on a main street, which can be quite noisy at times.
