The hotel is conveniently located, just a short 20-minute walk to door 1 and 5 of the pyramids. The beautiful and well-kept garden provided a pleasant view of the temples. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, offering airport transfers and providing excellent maid service. The spacious and comfortable rooms were kept clean, ensuring a restful sleep. I would definitely stay here again.

We definitely got great value for our money at Hotel Quetzalcalli. The rooms were simple but clean, and the location was perfect - just a short walk to the entrance of Teotihuacan. The staff treated us with excellent customer service, providing recommendations for food and activities, and even arranging a knowledgeable guide to show us hidden spots in the ruins.

Breakfast selection could have been improved.

The proximity to the main attractions was great, with just a short walk to the pyramids and the hot air balloon launch nearby. Being able to witness the balloons floating in the early morning sky was truly a magical experience. the continental breakfast included coffee, water, fresh fruit, and toasted bread, which was a convenient and satisfying start to the day.

There were a few downsides to my stay. The lack of heating in the rooms was a major issue, especially during the cold Christmas nights.

The location couldn't have been better - just a short walk to the pyramids and some amazing restaurants with a view of the ruins. The room was spacious and clean, and I loved the terrace, even though the trees blocked the view of the pyramids. The beautiful garden was well-maintained, and I can't forget to mention the wonderful older man who took care of the place with a great smile. a great experience.

Gerardo and Alma were exceptional hosts during this treatment. if you plan to explore the ruins, we highly recommend requesting Gerardo or Alma as your guide. With comfortable rooms, friendly staff, and a superb location, Quetzalcalli provided us with a perfect home away from home.

I couldn't believe my luck when I woke up to the sight of hot air balloons floating through the early morning sky right outside my hotel room window. The location of this hotel is absolutely amazing, with the pyramids just a short walk away. The staff went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable, and the colorful decor of the hotel added a festive touch. Despite a few small hiccups, I would definitely recommend staying at this hotel for a unique and memorable experience. I had a great time here and would recommend it to others.
