The breakfast box provided for our early morning elephant excursion was a thoughtful touch. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, organizing a private tour and cooking lessons for us. a wonderful experience.

The rooms are spacious and nicely decorated, with water, tea, and coffee provided. The buffet breakfast has a good variety of Asian and western options. The staff are friendly and helpful, creating a welcoming atmosphere.

The staff could improve their customer service and be more helpful with things like ordering taxis and making reservations.
