I had the most amazing stay at this hotel in Queretaro! The location was unbeatable, with the hotel being centrally located in the historic district. It was just a short walk away from the city center and all the attractions. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a beautiful large courtyard in the center and smaller courtyards spread out throughout the property. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, from the spacious and spotless rooms to the tiled floors. The staff were excellent and friendly, always ready to assist me with any requests. Additionally, the parking lot at the back of the hotel was huge and convenient for guests with vehicles.

Thanksgiving at this historic hotel was a pleasant surprise. the complementary breakfast and free Wi-Fi saved us some extra cash. the hotel’s location, just a few blocks from the main plazas, allowed us to dip into the colonial architecture and markets with ease. We noticed the spacious room had a lot of natural light which made it feel cozy and fresh.

The shower was a bit of a let-down as it had inconsistent water pressure which made it difficult to get the temperature right. the pillows were quite stiff and uncomfortable which made sleeping difficult.
