Clean fitness center, mini fridge and microwave in rooms, pleasant pool temperature

The hallways had a persistent unpleasant smell!!! Also, the management seemed ineffective in resolving noise disturbances from other guests at night!!! Improving the communication among staff would enhance overall guest experience!!!

I stayed at the Hampton Inn Philadelphia/Voorhees for one night. The room was clean, and I appreciated the availability of a fridge and microwave. However, I experienced noise disturbances due to slamming doors and communication issues with the front desk about my late checkout. Great for a quick visit, but attention to guest concerns could enhance the stay.

Noise issues popped up, especially with slamming kitchen doors that woke me up too early, around 6 AM. Housekeeping had some inconsistencies, as I had to remind them about cleaning my room. A bit of confusion on housekeeping practices left me baffled. Plus, the gym lacked free weights, and it would have been nice to have a proper bathmat for the slippery shower instead of just using a towel.

the staff here seemed utterly uninterested in their jobs, offering no greetings or smiles. the shower was dangerously slippery, and I was appalled there were no bathmats available. a complimentary upgrade woudl've been nice after my second room was tiny and noisy. I almost wanted to give a good review, but just couldn't with these issues.

Breakfast hit the spot with chocolate chip waffles—a sweet start to the day! The room was clean and spacious, perfect for unrolling my map of culinary adventures in the area! Plus, I found great local eats nearby that made my taste buds dance.

A cheeky critique? The indoor pool could use a bit more warmth, and a couple more breakfast options would elevate the experience, but honestly, everything else shined during my stay!

Be sure to arrive early for breakfast as options might run out quickly. Enjoy the chocolate chip waffles!

The King Room was super comfy with an amazing Flat-screen TV, mini fridge, and microwave. Loved the clean bathroom with free toiletries and a great shower. The fitness center was impressive too! I enjoyed my stay and would recommend it for a relaxing time, especially with breakfast options like waffles!

easy access to parks and attractions for weekend strolls

the hotel was very clean and had a welcoming atmosphere that made me feel comfortable from the start. It was conveniently near amazing spots like Black Run Preserve for a lovely nature walk and Diggerland, perfect for a fun adventure. however, entering the hotel from the roadway can be tricky due to limited access points, which could be improved.

Spacious room, friendly staff, with ample storage for families, a clean fitness center for a great workout, and a convenient location near public transportation to explore the city.

Just an ideal choice for a weekend rest in Voorhees with excellent value for money.
