I recently had a wonderful surprise when I stayed at a hotel in a fairly nice area. The location was great, as it was near the trolley bus and there was a restaurant in the area. The room was clean and comfortable, with a spacious bathroom. The service provided by the staff was fantastic, they were always willing to help with directions and suggestions. The breakfasts were delicious and there were snacks available as well. the hotel had great facilities and room advantages, such as a business center and a safe for my belongings.

The WiFi was a bit unreliable at times.

We had an amazing time during Christmas! the decorations were stunning, and they had complementary hot chocolate and cookies in the lobby. the hotel's location was key, with a bus stop right outside that took us straight to the center of the city. Plus, there was a great Mexican restaurant just across the street. the best aspect was the rooftop pool with a beautiful view of the city.

The noise from the street and nightclub downstairs was quite loud and made it difficult to sleep. the towels in our room were not changed daily, and there was no housekeeping on Christmas Day.
