The hotel is perfectly located in the heart of the city, surrounded by all the attractions and restaurants. From the comfort of my room, I had a stunning view of the convent and a pyramid. The water pressure in the bathroom was excellent, which was a refreshing treat after a long day of exploring. Additionally, the staff, despite some language barriers, made an effort to accommodate guests and ensure their comfort.

The front desk staff seemed unfriendly and checking in took longer than expected.

The views over the convent were breathtaking, and the pool was a perfect place to relax. The location in the center of town was ideal, and the cute pool added to the charm. I highly recommend this hotel.

The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, even though their English was limited. The service was top-notch, with room service, housekeeping, and laundry services available. Plus, the hotel provided an airport shuttle and tour assistance, making my stay even more convenient. The room amenities were fantastic, with air conditioning and a terrace where I could relax and enjoy the garden view. The hotel also had a restaurant and bar/lounge area, offering delicious meals and a great atmosphere. this place exceeded my expectations and provided me with a truly luxurious and comfortable experience.

The location couldn't be better, right in the center of town and close to all the key attractions. the breakfast restaurant on-site made it convenient to start the day with a delicious meal and enjoy a nice view. Another advantage was the beautiful pool area and garden, which provided a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere during the day and a magical ambiance when lit up at night.

The rooms could use some improvements in terms of facilities. Our room lacked reading lights and only had overhead lights, which made it a bit inconvenient.

They even triple checked our cleaning request to ensure our comfort.

We spent our Christmas holiday at a charming hotel in the heart of this historic town. the location was excellent- walking distance to all the holiday festivities. the hotel offered complimentary bicycles, which made exploring the town easy and fun. the pool area was a highlight, surrounded by lush gardens and beautifully decorated for Christmas. the towels in our room were of excellent quality, which was a nice bonus, and the hot water and water pressure in the shower were perfect. Best of all, the staff were warm and welcoming, and we enjoyed the complimentary breakfast and evening snacks.

Some of the rooms lacked adequate lighting, which made reading in bed difficult. some of the stairs around the hotel were steep and lacked handrails, which made navigation tricky for guests with mobility issues.

I recently stayed at Hotel Rinconada Del Convento for a few nights and it was the perfect choice for my trip. The location was excellent, right in the center of town and close to all the main attractions. The highlight was definitely being right by the beautiful Convento de San Antonio de Padua. The hotel also had a lovely breakfast restaurant with a great view, and I enjoyed spending time on the terrace overlooking the convent. The rooms were very clean and well-maintained, and the staff were friendly and helpful. it was great value for money and I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Centrally located in the heart of the town, close to the central plaza and overlooking a stunning old cathedral. Rooms are spacious, comfortable, and peaceful. Friendly and helpful staff. Enjoyed the cute pool for a refreshing cool-down.
