We had a great time at Royal Reforma. the location was perfect, right next to a central subway station and within walking distance to many attractions. the gym and pool facilities were top-notch, and we especially enjoyed the rooftop bar with its friendly staff. the view from the pool and terrace was amazing, and we loved being able to relax and soak in the atmosphere. the hotel was clean enough, and the air conditioning worked well.

The sun terrace offered stunning views of the city, and the poolside snack bar was an added bonus. the hotel provided enhanced comfort and quality services that exceeded our expectations.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The bellboys were incredibly helpful, carrying my luggage to and from the corner street. The location was perfect, right in the middle of the Zona Rosa, close to a variety of restaurants, clubs, bars. The room was comfortable and had all the usual facilities you would expect from a 4-star hotel. The highlight was the swimming pool with an open-air bar on the top of the building, which was a pleasant surprise. It was the perfect place to relax with a refreshing fruit cocktail. Additionally, the staff members were accommodating and resolved any issues to the best of their ability. The hotel's convenient location close to transportation, including the underground system "METRO," made exploring the city easy.

I recently stayed at this place and had a wonderful experience. The location is very eclectic, with everything from excellent restaurants and shopping a few blocks away, to seedy sex shops just down the street. It is great that it is close to Reforma, Roma y Condesa, all within walking distance. The neighborhood, known as Zona Rosa, has several restaurants, bars, stores, and such nearby. The staff seem to be sometimes a sort of unmotivated in terms of time and service, but overall they were friendly and accommodating. The room amenities were great, with ironing facilities, air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and a mini-bar. The terrace had a beautiful view and was a great place to relax. The rooftop pool was also a fantastic feature, perfect for the summer. There was also free Wi-Fi in public areas, a fitness studio, sauna, and jacuzzi available for use. this venue provides a comfortable and luxurious experience.

If you are traveling with a family, I would recommend this hotel as it is not very family-friendly.

There were ongoing post-earthquake repairs being made during my stay, resulting in the rooftop pool being drained.

The location of the hotel was perfect for me, being in the Zona Rosa. It was near the Insurgentes metro stop and a short walk to Chapultepec Park. The convenience of getting to the historical center and other neighborhoods was quick and easy.
