I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The desk clerk was fantastic, going above and beyond to assist me. The location was perfect, with three Metro stations nearby, making it easy to explore the city. I loved being able to avoid traffic and expensive taxis by using the Metro. The hotel was also surrounded by incredible restaurants, and it was a delightful 20-minute walk through parks and vibrant streets to reach the Zocolo. The room itself was beautiful and modern, with everything in perfect condition. The bathroom was spotless and refreshing.
