Convenient location, walking distance to shops, beach, and marina. Nice heated pools and helpful staff. Requested mattress topper provided, improving the bed. Good breakfast to start the day. a pleasant stay with no need for additional transportation.

The location of the resort was absolutely perfect for our stay. It was so close to everything Port Douglas has to offer, including restaurants and shops. the resort had excellent swimming pools that were well-maintained and clean. We also enjoyed the tropical surroundings and the convenience of off-street parking.

The rooms were a bit dated and could use some updates to make them more modern and comfortable.

We had a wonderful stay at this resort, which had a great location near the marina, Main Street, and 4 mile beach. The internal amenities were fantastic, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. We loved being able to walk just two blocks to the main strip of town or two blocks to the Marina and beach. It was so convenient! The resort also had clean swimming pools and a beautiful tropical setting.

That the resort was located close to a noisy main road and near garbage truck pick up.

The holiday period has been a blast, but the accommodation was a letdown. Despite the lack of facilities and rude attitude of some staff members, the location is perfect for accessing shops and restaurants within walking distance. There is a small pool, which might be ideal when travelling with children, but there are no pool towels or seating available. The beds are comfortable and the aircon works well.

The hotel's service lacked basic amenities; towels were taken away without being replaced on several occasions.
