We had a late flight and arrived at the hotel very late. Unfortunately, we were locked out with no way to contact anyone. Thankfully, we found a solution by walking over to a nearby hotel and using their phone. Despite this minor inconvenience, our stay at Kapitein Anna was wonderful. The small boat was incredibly cute and charming, and the location was perfect - away from the hustle and bustle but still easily accessible to the city center. We were rocked to sleep every night, and the free coffee and tea bar added a convenient touch. The staff was also very accommodating, allowing us to store our luggage before and after our stay. I highly recommend this hotel for a unique and enjoyable experience.

We had a fantastic stay at the Kapitein Anna. the location was ideal, being very close to the Ferry dock for NDSM, making it incredibly easy to travel back and forth between the city center and the accommodation. Our room was cozy and well-maintained, with enough space to keep our belongings. We appreciated the daily housekeeping and the seemingly endless supply of fresh towels. the breakfasts in the morning, along with the complimentary coffee, were a nice touch.
