Excellent room quality and spaciousness; enjoyed the nice little balcony. The staff made me feel like I was part of a friendly and welcoming family. The two lovely pools with ample shade were perfect for relaxing. The location, although not ideal for sunbathing, was great for beach walks to nearby Carizalillo and Manzanillo. highly recommended.

I recently stayed at Santa Fe in Puerto Escondido for a relaxing vacation. The staff were gracious, well-trained, and personable. The food was consistently delicious, and the rooms, grounds, and restaurant were immaculate. I loved the lush landscaping and classic Mexican architecture. The hotel is beautifully maintained, and the open-air restaurant offers a stunning view of Zicatela beach and sunsets.

This charming hotel is located on a famous surfing beach with big waves, perfect for surf enthusiasts. It is conveniently close to bars and restaurants, offering plenty of options for entertainment. The rooms are stylish with lovely hand made ceramic tiling in the bathroom. The staff provides great service and even helped retrieve lost belongings, showing excellent customer care. The restaurant has stunning views of the surf and sunset, making it a relaxing spot to enjoy a meal or a drink.

The hotel lacks a proper terrace, the balcony is too small to even fit a chair.

The restaurant had a charming palapa roof and covered seating with fans, providing a comfortable place to work and enjoy delicious vegetarian and seafood options. The hotel had two pools, including one for adults only, and a spacious deck with lounge chairs. It was a great choice for families and we thoroughly enjoyed our time there.

The helpful and friendly staff made my stay even more enjoyable, providing excellent service throughout. the vegetarian restaurant on-site offered a variety of delicious options, catering to different tastes.

The Wi-Fi connection at the hotel was a bit weak at times, which made it challenging for me as a business guest trying to work from my computer.
