The hotel had nice decoration, and the breakfast was satisfactory. the location was great, very close to the city center, and the panoramic area was a nice touch. We enjoyed the view of the city from up there.

The bathroom was tiny, and the door was difficult to close once inside. the Internet and router signals were weak in certain parts of the room, which made it difficult for us to connect and relax.

We asked to change rooms as the room we were given was not up to our standards. The receptionist was amazing and quickly found us a beautiful room with a balcony. The staff were incredibly accommodating and helpful throughout our stay. The hotel is spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The location is perfect, just a few blocks from the central plaza. The decor and ambiance of the hotel are lovely, with tasteful decorations and new furniture. we had a wonderful stay at Santa Paula and would highly recommend it.
