I had a wonderful stay at this place! The location is great, as it's just across the road from the tram stops and offers lovely sea views. The room was very comfortable with great room amenities like a mini-bar, ironing facilities and a sitting area. The staff were exceptional and provided excellent service, even welcoming me with a complimentary drink. I really appreciated the free Wi-Fi in the rooms and the garden furniture outside.

I highly recommend this hotel to families as it provides a range of facilities that cater to all kinds of guests.

One of the highlights was the breakfast buffet, which offered a wide variety of delicious options to start our day off right. The hotel's location was perfect for us, as it was conveniently located near a tram stop, making it easy to explore the city and visit attractions like the pleasure beach and the tower.

That the room was quite cold, and we were unable to adjust the heating as it was locked. However, the receptionist quickly resolved the situation and unlocked it for us, ensuring our comfort.

The hotel had a warm and friendly atmosphere from start to finish. The location was perfect for activities on the south shore side of town. The room we were allocated as disabled guests was amazing with 2 large beds. The hotel was very clean and had all the necessary amenities, including towels, toiletries, and tea and coffee making facilities. The staff were friendly and helpful. The onsite restaurant and bar were convenient, and the breakfast buffet had plenty of choice for all tastes. The view from the room was stunning.

Felt incredibly comfortable and had no complaints at all.
