The staff at this hotel is amazing! The front desk girls are so nice and friendly, and the cleaning ladies are impeccable. The room is spacious with a huge bed and amenities like airplay and Netflix. The location is great, right in the center of town and only a 5-minute walk to the beach. Turn up and turn down service with sweet treats on the bed every day. The breakfast at the sister hotel is the best I've ever had, with free coffee and fresh juices. high standards of cleanliness, attention to detail, and delicious food.

I had a wonderful Thanksgiving experience at this hotel. the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, making my stay all the more enjoyable. the location was fantastic, just a short stroll away from the beach and in the heart of the town. the rooms were clean and spacious, providing a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere.

We had a great time at this hotel! The location was perfect, right in the center with restaurants and shops nearby. We loved that we could easily walk to everything. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff was friendly. Plus, the food at the restaurant was amazing - definitely some of the best we had during our trip.

The rooms, especially those on the ground floor, were well-maintained and comfortable, allowing for a peaceful sleep with the AC on. Additionally, the breakfast served at the nearby restaurant was delicious, a perfect start to the day!

We had an incredible stay at Siesta Holbox. the brand new hotel was in impeccable condition, with spacious and clean rooms that had heavenly mattresses. the staff, including the manager Carlos, receptionist Isis, cleaning team Branda and Rosa, and bartender Fernanda, were friendly. the location was perfect - close enough to the city but quiet at night, with plenty of dinner options nearby. the breakfast was delicious and there was a nice variety to choose from. We also enjoyed the additional beach club, which was a big bonus considering the seaweed on other nearby beaches. We highly recommend this hotel!
