When there was a mix, up with my reservation, they went above and beyond to find a solution and even arranged for me to stay at another hotel nearby. the bedding in the rooms was absolutely amazing , it felt like sleeping on a cloud! the hotel also had a beautiful garden and a lovely swimming pool for guests to enjoy. the service and amenities were top, notch!
