I had an incredible stay at a hotel in a great location. It was such a nice break from the city, and the metro line to Bilbao made exploring easy. The view of the busy harbour and the lively promenade were a highlight. The hotel had a fresh and stylish decor, and everything was clean and tidy. Although the rooms were not very spacious, they were still comfortable. There were plenty of opportunities for walking and exploring the area, with shops and restaurants just a short walk away. I highly recommend this hotel for its pleasant atmosphere and convenient location.

The hotel is perfectly located for those taking the Brittany Ferry to Bilbao, as it is only a 15-minute drive away. it is conveniently situated near the Portugalete Metro line and the RENFE line into Abando station in Bilbao. The rooms are comfortable and clean, with some offering stunning views over the port area. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the breakfast offers a variety of delicious options. it is a great place to stay in this hidden gem of a location.

There were a few minor maintenance issues with some of the fixtures and furniture in the rooms.

The hotel is located on the harbor north of central Bilbao, providing stunning views of the port and marina. The rooms are well-appointed and spacious, with double doors leading to a Juliette balcony overlooking the beautiful surroundings. The staff are friendly and helpful, providing excellent service. Additionally, there is a promenade right in front of the hotel, offering a pleasant walk to the center of town.

The internet and WiFi service at the hotel are unreliable and in need of improvement.

I had the most breathtaking view of the harbor from my room at Ercilla Embarcadero. The location was perfect, right on the waterfront, and the room was quiet and comfortable. The concierge was incredibly helpful and the restaurant served delicious food. I highly recommend this hotel.

The location of this hotel is absolutely stunning. It is situated right on the waterfront, surrounded by a beautiful mature garden. I loved being able to relax with a drink or meal right on the promenade, taking in the breathtaking views. The hotel is located in a very nice part of town, and it only takes about 20 minutes to reach the city center.

Situated right on the boardwalk, it offered a stunning view of the sea from our room. the hotel itself was tastefully decorated and luxurious. the buffet breakfast was excellent, and the bathroom had a rainfall shower and complimentary toiletries. the staff were lovely and accommodating, with great English-speaking skills. It was the perfect base for exploring the nearby attractions such as the old town, marina, and Portugalete. it was a real find and I will definitely be returning.
