During our romantic escape, my significant other and I enjoyed the hot water pools which provided a much-needed relaxation. the enjoyable atmosphere was accompanied by many creature comforts such as a manga library, a TV lounge, and slot machines which added to the overall experience. The location was also key as it was in close proximity to restaurants and shops.

The sound of the neighbouring capsules were quite loud at times, making it a bit difficult to sleep at night. we found that the actual capsule did not have a lock on the door which left us feeling uneasy about the security of our belongings.

As business guests, we appreciated the private capsule with a small personal area and the convenience of having all amenities provided. The bath area with showers and beauty products was a great bonus. The staff was friendly and the location was perfect for exploring the Namba area.
