I loved the location of Sur. It was right in the heart of Bacalar, making it easy to explore the lagoon, downtown district, and historical fort. The room was spacious and comfortable, with amazing views from the balcony. The amenities were top-notch, and I particularly appreciated the free on-site parking. The staff, especially the friendly young lady at the front desk, provided excellent service and made our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend Sur for a fantastic Bacalar experience.

During my Christmas stay, I enjoyed the convenience of the hotel's location, situated just a couple of minutes away from the port and five minutes away from the center. the hotel was located on a quiet street close to some beautiful street art. The clean and well-maintained room was comfortable and had the necessary amenities for a good night's sleep. the included breakfast at a nearby restaurant was a great perk, with delicious food and a beautiful setting.

One downside of my stay was that the room was outdated and could have benefited from some maintenance. Specifically, the sink area seemed to be in need of some repair.

Great location for enjoying Bacalar, with easy access to the lagoon, downtown area, and Spanish fort. Spacious rooms with comfy beds and amazing views from the balcony. Well-equipped kitchen and amenities, including free parking. Phenomenal staff who promptly accommodated all our requests. A fantastic stay!

We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the city center and close to lively restaurants and attractions. The free breakfast on the square was delicious and a great way to start our day. The staff was friendly and always available to help. The room was spacious and beautifully designed, with a balcony and good air conditioning. We also appreciated the eco concept of the hotel, with free drinking water and coffee provided. we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay here.

We have no complaints and would highly recommend this place to anyone. The location is convenient, the service is top-notch, and the amenities are of high quality.
