All was perfect.

The staff was incredibly attentive, helpful, and kind, making us feel like family. They were always available, quick to offer assistance, and even went above and beyond to help with laundry and finding coffee capsules. The hotel's beautiful setting, with an outdoor pool that was warm and well-maintained, added to the overall enjoyment of our stay. The breakfast, consisting of fruit, sweet bread, and coffee or juice, was simple but good. Additionally, the hotel's friendly bartender offered a great selection of drinks and even greeted us with a welcome drink upon our arrival. The hotel's location was excellent, being just a short walk away from parks, cafes, stores, and restaurants. The hotel provided a peaceful atmosphere away from the city buzz, while still being conveniently close to the city center, making it a perfect choice for a relaxed and laid-back stay.

The King suite at this hotel was mind-blowing! From the jaw-dropping decor to the spaciousness of the room, everything was super impressive. The bathrooms were luxurious, and both the private and public pools were perfect for relaxation. The free massage was a nice touch, and the substantial breakfast kept us energized for the entire day. The staff was extremely friendly, and the location was conveniently close to the city centre. We felt safe throughout our stay, and the hotel provided free wi-fi, a car park, luggage storage, 24-hour security. The air conditioning in the room was fantastic, making our stay even more enjoyable. Definitely recommend this hotel for an amazing experience!

Large, comfortable bed with soft sheets and great pillows. Blackout curtains. Great water pressure in shower and nice hotel-branded amenities. Super soft and fluffy towels. Nespresso machine, kettle, and large new flat screen TV with Netflix and Apple TV included. Large room with separate sitting area and nice modern decor. Room service and on-site bar/restaurant available. Generous 12pm checkout time. Lovely style and well-maintained grounds with a cute chair in the garden and beautiful murals in the reception.

I really appreciated that the hotel had a pool suitable for kids, even though I didn't have any myself.
