The colonial style hotel has beautiful gardens and fruit trees. The rooms are spacious with balconies and offer lovely views over all of Oaxaca. The hotel is located at a good vantage point, providing amazing panoramic views of the city. The town centre is within walking distance and the hotel offers a free shuttle service.

The view from the hotel was absolutely breathtaking, especially during the night. It offered the most marvelous night seeing of the city and the Oaxaca valley. the property itself was quite nice with a beautiful and spacious ground that gave off a natural and soothing ambiance. the staff at the reception were welcoming, friendly, and always ready to suggest interesting things to do in the area. the breakfast served at the hotel every morning was extensive and varied, with delicious options to choose from.

The hotel would benefit from some maintenance and renovation. the bathroom, in particular, felt a bit old and could use some updates to improve the overall level of comfort.

I had an incredible stay at this hotel! The cleanliness was top-notch, with big neat & clean bedrooms and a clean bathroom. The hotel facilities were great, especially the swimming pool, which was very clean. The location on the mountain, although it required climbing lots of steps, provided a beautiful bird-eye view of the city. Additionally, the hotel offered a shuttle that took me close to the historical area of Oaxaca, making it convenient to explore everything this city has to offer.

We were delighted with the amazing view of Oaxaca town from our window. the shower had good water pressure, which is often hard to find in Mexico. We also appreciated the nice coffee making facilities in our room. the hotel grounds, including the pool area and gardens, were beautiful and well-maintained. the staff, from the bus driver to the receptionist to the bar and restaurant staff, were friendly and helpful. the free hourly bus to and from the town center was a great bonus.

During my Christmas stay at this hotel, I really liked the helpful and friendly staff. the views of the city were absolutely amazing, providing a beautiful backdrop for my holiday. Additionally, the size of the pool was great, offering plenty of space to relax and enjoy the sunny weather.

There were a few things that I disliked about the hotel. the TV in the room was constantly malfunctioning and despite the efforts of the maintenance staff, it never seemed to work properly.

We got great value for our money at Hotel Victoria. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, especially the Superior King rooms with their cozy beds and lovely bathtub. The hillside location offered breathtaking views, and the staff were warm and helpful throughout our stay.
