During my Christmas stay at this hotel, I really liked the helpful and friendly staff. the views of the city were absolutely amazing, providing a beautiful backdrop for my holiday. Additionally, the size of the pool was great, offering plenty of space to relax and enjoy the sunny weather.

There were a few things that I disliked about the hotel. the TV in the room was constantly malfunctioning and despite the efforts of the maintenance staff, it never seemed to work properly.

We got great value for our money at Hotel Victoria. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, especially the Superior King rooms with their cozy beds and lovely bathtub. The hillside location offered breathtaking views, and the staff were warm and helpful throughout our stay.

Early check-in. Initial room had bad view, but then upgraded to paid room with nice view. Clean sheets daily, good housekeeping. Nice pool area and restaurant. More menu variety recommended. pleasant experience and recommended.
