Our room had a cute lagoon view and the beds were very cozy. The breakfast provided was delicious and the hotel's location, just a short drive from downtown, was convenient. I would recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay in Bacalar.

We stayed at this beautiful property with a cool grotto and had a great experience. the room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. We enjoyed the lagoon view and access, as well as the air conditioning in the room. the canteen provided beverages and the property had a nice water view with water front lounges. We also appreciated that it was dog-friendly. a fantastic stay at Vista Laguna Bacalar.

I recently stayed at Hotel Vista Laguna for one night after visiting Chetumal. The beds were comfortable, and our room had a cute view of the lagoon. The breakfast was good, and there was a pretty view of the lagoon just outside the room. The hotel is located just a 5-10 minute drive from downtown, making it convenient to explore the area. The staff were lovely and always helpful, calling taxis and even ordering food delivery for us. it was an excellent stay with great value for money.

We had an excellent stay at a hotel with a dock directly on the lagoon. The breakfast was delicious and filling, and we enjoyed the option of ordering other dishes from the a la carte menu. The staff were friendly and always ready to help with our needs. The highlight of our trip was watching the incredible sunset and moonrise from the kayaks we rented from the hotel. While there were a few drawbacks, such as the room not facing the lagoon and the lack of WiFi in the rooms, overall we had a great experience at Vista Laguna. I would definitely recommend this hotel for a relaxing stay in Bacalar.

Having direct access to the lagoon allowed us to swim whenever the waters were calm. The short ride to town was convenient, and having AC in the rooms was a bonus. Another great feature was that the hotel allows dogs. we had a fantastic experience and would definitely stay here again.

we loved staying at this lakeside hotel with little beds overlooking the water. the room was equipped with air conditioning and even had netflix on the tv. the view of the lagoon was absolutely fantastic and the staff was very helpful and friendly. highly recommended!
