We had a great stay at a quiet hotel in a peaceful part of town near a beautiful lagoon where we could swim for free. The room was clean and tidy with a comfortable bed. The staff provided good service and the breakfast was delicious. We also enjoyed the view from the high lookout tower. a wonderful experience.

The communication from the host could have been better.

Rooms have large size, beautiful indirect lights, well-equipped bathroom with toiletries, and daily cleaning. Staff is friendly, breakfast is good with changing egg dishes, and front desk assists with tours and services. Great location near a lovely entry point to swim in the lake and on the quieter side of town. Nice outside area with hammocks and shared kitchenette.

The hotel's location was very convenient, as it was close to many popular local attractions. Lastly, the new and modern feel of the hotel added to its overall appeal.

The WiFi was extremely slow, making it difficult to get any work done during my business trip. the breakfast provided was very basic and couldn't sustain me throughout the day.

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Diosa Del Agua. The room was spacious and had beautiful indirect lighting. The bathroom was well-equipped with toiletries and plenty of towels. The staff was friendly and helpful, especially the morning and afternoon shift employees. They even waited for us when our bus arrived late. The daily room cleaning and maintenance of the outside grounds were impressive. I loved the shared kitchenette with free coffee all day and the delicious breakfast with different egg dishes every day. The location was convenient for exploring bars and restaurants at night. I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The only drawback was the ongoing construction near the pool area, which made it less appealing to use. Additionally, there was one receptionist who wasn't very helpful and didn't seem motivated to assist guests.

Spacious rooms, new bathrooms, close to lagoon and central square, relaxing outdoor area with hammocks, helpful and friendly staff, clean rooms and outside areas.

There was nothing I didn't like.

The location was perfect, just a short walk to the lagoon. The on-site restaurant and bar had a fantastic menu and served delicious breakfasts. Our room was clean, spacious, and peaceful, with comfortable beds and a beautiful bathroom. The pool was excellent and there were additional facilities like bikes for hire and a pingpong table. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!

Can't recommend this hotel highly enough!

During our recent stay at Hotel Diosa Del Agua, we were blown away by the beautiful rooms adorned with local wood-based artwork. The pool area was a serene and enjoyable spot for sunbathing, and we loved the view of the lake from the high lookout tower. Exploring the town on foot was a breeze, and we appreciated not having to rely on our car. The breakfast each morning was absolutely delicious, especially paired with their great coffee. We hope to return in the future!
