The location of the hotel is ideal, right in the center of downtown which is perfect for exploring the area. The rooftop offers a nice view of the verdant surrounding area, creating a relaxing atmosphere. The staff was helpful in ordering me a taxi whenever I needed it.

The breakfast options could be improved to cater to different tastes and preferences.

The room was spacious, clean, and had a great view of the garden. The kitchen was well-equipped, allowing us to save money by cooking our own meals. The staff was friendly and helpful, providing beach towels and assisting with sightseeing plans. The laundry service was fast and affordable. The location in downtown Koror was perfect for exploring. Highly recommended for a stay in Palau.

Great price for the location, and the staff were accommodating and friendly. the rooms were decently sized and had all necessary amenities. I was impressed by the special lift for luggage which was a great help. There were many tourist spots within walking distance, and the shuttle service was a welcome inclusion. the balcony was a great place to enjoy breakfast.

The facilities were limited, and the quality of the bed was poor. Stains were found on the bed sheets and mattress quality was below average.

We absolutely loved staying at this place! the location couldn't have been more perfect. It's right in the center of downtown, which allowed us to easily explore all the shops, restaurants, and attractions within walking distance. Despite being in the heart of the city, it was surprisingly quiet and peaceful, providing a serene environment for relaxation.

We highly recommend this hotel to all travelers!
