We were thrilled with the hot springs at Y Aguas Termales De. The location was stunning, nestled in the mountains of Puebla. The mineral springs were a beautiful sight to behold. Despite a crowded pool area, we couldn't resist taking a dip in the inviting water. The atmosphere was lively, and we enjoyed interacting with the friendly locals. The handmade crafts in the nearby shops added charm to our day trip. we had a wonderful time and would recommend this hotel.

Nice hot springs and beautiful views. The location was key, being close to a charming town with many shops to visit. , there was some good service from the restaurant staff.

Service was poor and unorganized. Guests were not allowed to access their rooms until much later, and staff did not help with luggage or provide help when asked.

Stunning location, warm and friendly staff, and luxurious amenities made this hotel unique and unforgettable. The Spa & wellness centre was fantastic, offering relaxing massages, a sauna, and a beautiful indoor swimming pool surrounded by a scenic garden area. The restaurant and bar/lounge area provided delicious and satisfying dishes along with a good selection of drinks and snacks. Moreover, the private facilities were exclusive, accommodating, and clean.

The only minor issue was that the temperature in the Swimming pool was a bit too warm for my taste. Nonetheless, the hotel's stunning location and luxurious facilities more than made up for it.
