It is slightly outside of the center of Bordeaux, but still a convenient distance from all the central sights. The rooms offer a stunning view of the pool and the surroundings. The staff is friendly and attentive, providing prompt assistance to guests. The breakfast is of high quality and there are free welcome drinks in the room. The valet parking service is seamless and the shower in the rooms is excellent.

The variety of TV channels in different languages is limited to only French, which may not suit all guests' preferences.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were top-notch, friendly, and helpful. They went out of their way to upgrade my children so they could be in the room next to ours. The hotel's facilities were lovely, especially the pool, which felt magical. The room was very comfortable and clean. The staff also looked after our car very well, and nothing was too much trouble for them. I particularly enjoyed the warm welcome with a welcome snack and the sweet touch of a hot water bottle in the bottom drawer. The breakfast buffet was perfect, with plenty of choice and a range of delicious pastries. The hotel's location was convenient, with a short walk to the tram station and bus stop. the staff, cleanliness, facilities, breakfast, and transportation options were all outstanding.

The hotel was absolutely magical with its stunning pool and comfortable rooms. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. We were even upgraded so that our children could be in the room next to us. Despite the slight noise from the road, the hotel compensated by paying for all our drinks and room service. The car parking service was excellent and the staff were friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel was convenient, only a short tram ride or walk to the city center.

The staff were absolutely amazing! They were very accommodating and helpful, always going out of their way to ensure that we had everything we needed. the location was also great, close to a beautiful park and within walking distance of some nice shops and restaurants. the rooftop bar was a real highlight - a peaceful spot to enjoy a drink and take in the city views.

There were a few issues that detracted from our experience. the room was not sound proof and we could hear noise from the hallway and other rooms.

We had a luxury stay at this hotel, with exclusive amenities that exceeded our expectations. the fabulous service provided by the staff made us feel incredibly welcome. the in, room breakfast was delicious and the spa treatments were divine. the outdoor swimming pool and sun terrace provided a relaxing and peaceful atmosphere. We loved the location advantages of being in a quiet area away from the buzz of the city.

The spa center is starting to show some signs of age and minor wear and tear, which was the only off, putting aspect. we had an amazing time at this hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone seeking a high, end and relaxing experience.
