Had a good time at xmas. Loved the rooftop pool and the views from the hotel. Also, the location was perfect - close to restaurants and shopping. Plus, the staff was friendly and helpful.

The rooms were a disappointment - outdated and not well maintained. Also, the service in the club lounge was below par.

I had a fantastic experience at a conveniently located hotel in Polanco. The lobby was massive and welcoming, with friendly staff ready to assist. My room was clean, spacious, and surprisingly quiet. I loved the great view of Chapultepec Park. The location was perfect for exploring the lively Polanco area and it was within walking distance of many attractions, including the National Museum of Anthropology. Although there were a few minor issues such as the temperature control and locked mini fridges, it did not significantly impact my overall stay. The hotel offered nice breakfast options in their bakery. The service was truly exceptional, with the staff making my experience personal and memorable. I will highly recommend this hotel.

The location was unbeatable, with easy access to the best restaurants and the Mexican Anthropology museum, which I got to visit for free on Sundays. On a clear day, the outstanding views of this city from the higher floors were simply breathtaking. I couldn't have asked for a better place to stay.
