Great fitness center and comfy rooms but concierge service could be better.

It was just a good match for a relaxing holiday in Mexico City with fantastic value. The breakfast had a lot of great options, including baked goods and made-to-order eggs that were delicious. It's worth checking the surrounding area for some amazing local dining before heading back to the hotel.

We really enjoyed the convenience of nearby local food spots after a day of exploring Mexico City. The Club access on the 40th floor was a highlight, with tasty complimentary snacks and drinks that our teenage kids loved while we relaxed together.

My wife says that the breakfast was quite pricey for what was offered. It would be great if they had a kids’ menu to better cater to families.

I was absolutely appalled by the dreadful service at the Rulfo restaurant. The host dismissed my concerns as if I were invisible! Also, the beds felt like sleeping on clouds—too soft for a restful night. and don't even get me started on how I expected special treatment for my stay but got nothing. an utter disappointment. won't be returning.

Had an amazing group vacation! The location was convenient for visiting local spots like Chapultepec Park and Polanco where we enjoyed some delicious tacos and street food. The staff were super accommodating and made sure our vegetarian friends had plenty of options each morning at breakfast. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking to explore and indulge!

Comfortable stay in the heart of the city

Super comfy room with tons of natural light and a sweet view of the park. The gym was a nice perk, and room service was quick. Don't miss out on in-room breakfast. it was so good. Just wished the coffee in the room was better—it was kinda weak.

Superb location in Polanco! So much to do nearby. the room was really clean with a great design, and the food was definitely top-notch. Really enjoyed the Teppan Grill and their breakfast options too!

The staff were always friendly and available, they offered tours and restaurant recommendations. the view from our room was incredible and the location was perfect in the heart of polanco with so many amazing eateries and shops around.

Fantastic location in upmarket Polanco! Large, comfy rooms, and those beautifully spacious bathrooms were lovely. Had a great dinner at the Japanese restaurant Yoshimi—worth every bite!

Oh, but the jackhammer concert at dawn wasn’t quite my idea of a wake-up call! Not cool, especially when I just wanted to snooze!
