We also appreciated the convenient parking and transportation options available.

I recently stayed at an amazing hotel in Cancun for a week, and I couldn't be happier with my experience. The location of the hotel is perfect, with a stunning beach just steps away. The facilities are modern and top-notch. Despite being an all-inclusive, the restaurants exceeded my expectations and offered delicious meals. Another highlight was the impeccable cleanliness throughout the entire property. Even though the hotel is large, it managed to maintain a peaceful atmosphere and was an excellent choice for families with children. I was also impressed with the hotel's accessibility features, such as ramps and elevators for disabled guests or those with strollers.

As someone who loves being in direct touch with nature, I was thrilled with the stunning ocean views and beautiful landscape at the resort. The turquise color of the sea was reminiscent of the Maldives and the beach had two access points, one with a calmer sea, which was a rare and delightful perk.

During our stay at Hyatt Ziva, we experienced the most incredible service. The staff went above and beyond to make our honeymoon unforgettable, surprising us with special treats and ensuring our every need was met. The food was absolutely delicious, and we enjoyed a wide variety of activities such as yoga, volleyball, and dancing. The nightly shows, especially the Maya show, were truly mesmerizing. We didn't want to leave and are already planning our return next year.

While our room was spacious and comfortable, we did encounter a minor issue with the TV not working due to a broken Ethernet cord. Additionally, as a beer enthusiast, I would have preferred a wider beer selection, as I am not a fan of Tecate.

The location of the hotel was excellent, with easy access to the nightlife area. the beach was beautiful, although a bit narrow. the spacious rooms and lovely resort were a great advantage. the staff were very friendly and helpful, especially Roberto from the concierge who went above and beyond to assist us with an issue regarding our external tour. Additionally, there were plenty of activities to enjoy during our stay.

The food at the hotel was very average and it was quite difficult to find a meal that we liked. Furthermore, the presence of dolphins at the resort was a bit unsettling for us, as it seemed unnecessary and exploitative.

Excellent food, friendly staff, beautiful pool area and private beach. Numerous restaurants and bars to choose from, no reservations required. Clean hotel with plenty of activities. Can't wait to return.

The outdoor swimming pool and beach access were also great.

Guests can relax near the beautiful beaches or the quieter Bar Del Mar pool area. The quality of the food and drinks is up to par with the other amazing restaurant options. Also, the resort offers a wide choice of fitness classes, games, and evening entertainment for guests.

The hotel's policy of not allowing children to dine in adult restaurants, even though the hotel is advertised as a family hotel, can be quite confusing and frustrating for parents who paid for three adults to use all the hotel's facilities.

The cleanliness was top-notch, and the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable. The hotel facilities were fantastic, with a great pool and beautiful beach. The location was perfect, right by the beach and close to other amazing restaurants.
