The staff was very friendly and accommodating, offering complimentary coffee and tea in the lobby and daily room make-up. the location was very convenient and close to a lot of restaurants and shops. the room was spacious and had all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay.

The water pressure in the shower was quite low and made for a less than ideal shower experience. the bathroom sink had separate hot and cold water taps, which was not very convenient or modern.

Exceptionally clean rooms, friendly and informative hosts, great location, comfortable beds and well-equipped kitchen facilities.

We had a fantastic stay here! This place is perfectly situated in the central area with great restaurants & shopping at city centre. The service here was exceptional from the room service to the friendly staff with their great service. The leisure facilities were also amazing, we enjoyed the spa centre and the hiking and cycling. The rooms were soundproofed and had free wi-fi, which was a plus.

We would recommend this hotel to family and friends without hesitation.
