During our recent trip to Mexico, my partner and I had the pleasure of staying at Iberostar in Playa del Carmen for five delightful nights. From the moment we arrived, the attentive and professional staff made us feel right at home. The lush greenery and enchanting wildlife on the grounds added a touch of magic to our stay. The beautiful beaches were simply breathtaking, and we were able to relax and soak up the sun in absolute tranquility. One of the standout experiences was dining at the Japanese restaurant, where we were treated to an outstanding culinary show and enjoyed a truly memorable meal. The entire staff, without exception, were friendly and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. We truly appreciated their positive and welcoming attitude throughout our stay.

Christmas at this hotel was unforgettable! Two things we really appreciated during our stay were the stunning location and impeccable cleanliness. The hotel is situated in a breathtaking area surrounded by crystal-clear waters and glittering white sand beaches. Plus, the room was spotless and well-appointed, which made for a comfortable stay. Not to mention, the staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making us feel right at home. But the highlight of our trip was enjoying the festive Christmas spirit that filled the resort.

There were a few negative aspects to our stay. While the food was good, there weren't as many options as we had hoped for, and we noticed that some dishes weren't always replenished quickly.

We had an amazing experience at a beachfront resort in Playa del Carmen. The location was perfect, right near the old pier, which provided a beautiful view of the ocean. The staff went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed, and the service was exceptional. The room we stayed in was clean and comfortable, with a spacious bathroom. We enjoyed a delicious breakfast every morning, and there were plenty of activities to participate in throughout the day, including reservable restaurants for a variety of dining options.

Some guests mentioned an issue with certain restaurants not providing the best service.

We had an amazing time at Iberostar. The hotel grounds were stunning with beautiful trees and animals. Our room was conveniently located near the pool and a short walk to the beach. The buffet and a la carte restaurants had a wide variety of delicious food, especially the desserts. The beach was great, despite some seaweed. I would definitely recommend this hotel for a fantastic vacation.

The hotel was in a great location, close to local attractions and the beach. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The pool area was nice and well-maintained, and there were plenty of activities to keep guests entertained.

The buffet options were limited and the quality was average at best. The drinks were also not very good, with watered-down cocktails and weak mixology.

As young families, we loved the variety of activities for kids and adults, from the kids' club to the water sports. The beautiful grounds and wildlife added to the enjoyment.

The hotel had impeccable cleanliness, with well-maintained facilities. We were pleased with the convenient parking and transportation options available. The location, right in front of the private beach, was a definite highlight. Additionally, the breakfast provided was excellent and the staff were professional and positive.
