We absolutely loved the integration between nature and architecture at this resort. The beautiful gardens were home to a variety of free-roaming animals like monkeys, iguanas, and peacocks, which was a wonderful experience. The clean and well-maintained buildings added to the overall charm. The spacious and clean bedrooms were convenient, although the decor was a bit outdated. The highlight was definitely the amazing food and drinks, worth every penny. The staff was fantastic and went above and beyond, bringing drinks to our sun chairs in a friendly manner. As young holiday goers, we enjoyed the nice beach and pool, as well as the activities like Bachata, Zumba, and games on the beach. The resort also offered concerts and shows every night, adding to the fun atmosphere. a great experience!

The rooms were a bit dated and could use some updating. the TV in the room had limited channels and poor reception.

During my recent stay at Iberostar Tucan, I had the most amazing wildlife experience. From my balcony, I could see families of monkeys playing in the lush jungle. The resort is teeming with colorful birds like peacocks, parrots, and flamingos, creating a truly jungle-like atmosphere. Exploring the grounds, I also spotted agouti and swans. It's a nature lover's paradise!

The food at Iberostar Tucan was good, although I did find the options somewhat limited and repetitive. However, the resort offers plenty of activities to keep guests entertained, such as tennis and windsurfing.

We stayed during Christmas and it was amazing! There were lots of fun activities and decorations that made the resort feel extra festive. the pool was large and clean, and the beach was just a short walk away. We loved seeing all the wildlife on the property, especially the monkeys and parrots. the location was perfect, close to everything we wanted to do.

Our room was a bit dated and could use some upgrading. the food in the buffet restaurant was often not very hot.

I had a fantastic stay at a resort in Riviera Maya. The room was comfortable, the food at the restaurants was delicious, and the beach location was perfect. I also loved seeing the beautiful peacocks roaming around. The staff were friendly and resolved any issues I had with an excursion promptly. I would highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful vacation experience.

This hotel is luxurious with exclusive amenities. the Spa and wellness center is top, notch, complete with sauna, swimming pool, Jacuzzi, and treatment rooms. the outdoor swimming pool is impressive with comfortable sun loungers and beach umbrellas. the garden area and sun terrace are perfect for relaxation. the beach access is convenient, and the location is great, close to leisure areas.

There is only one minor issue. the dining options are limited, and the in, room dining is not available.
