We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly polite, professional, and attentive. The main lobby area was nice, and we found the restaurant and bar to be reasonably priced. We also loved the convenient location, as it was across from a major shopping mall and there was a Walmart joined to the hotel. Additionally, the hotel was close to the center of everything in this city.

The hotel was conveniently located near a shopping center and the road to Tulum. This made it easy to explore the city and visit nearby attractions. Additionally, the hotel offered affordable prices, especially during the Christmas season. the parking was also cheap, which was a plus.
