Comfortable beds and clean rooms make for a pleasant stay.

I was disappointed with the slow check-in process, which left me feeling frustrated after a long journey. The staff seemed overwhelmed and unhelpful during my arrival, further compounding my displeasure. Additionally, noise from neighboring rooms made for an uncomfortable nights' sleep, as conversations echoed through the walls.

The one elevator is a bit of a trek to the rooms. fresh towels daily from the wonderful housekeeper were a nice perk. Comfortable beds. and the kitchenette had a real refrigerator for late-night snacks made our stay easier.

Upon arrival, the staff seemed overwhelmed and unhelpful. I had to wait an eternity just to check in, which was frustrating after a long drive. Also, the noise level was incredibly disruptive. I could hear conversations from the neighboring rooms as if they were in my own. Overall, my experience was far from relaxing due to these issues.

The stay was comfortable with a clean studio suite featuring two queen beds, perfect for families. However, the weekday staff could improve on their listening skills, especially regarding inquiries about incidental charges. A standout was the attentive weekend manager who made an effort to engage with guests. Great for families looking for a decent short stay.

During my stay for a music event, I appreciated the rooftop bar experience, even though the live music was quite loud. The ambiance was vibrant and the outdoor patio was lovely, although the smoke from the bar patrons bothered us a bit. I enjoyed the beautiful room and the staff were attentive and accommodating.

The limited kitchen supplies were surprising, leaving us to juggle for utensils. Additionally, the noise from guests in the halls disrupted our sleep, making it difficult to relax fully during our stay.

From the clean, spacious rooms to the friendly staff, this place exceeded my expectations! The king studio suite was especially comfortable, and I loved the clean sheets. Plus, enjoying the pool with my grandsons added a perfect touch to our anniversary trip. This will be my go-to for future stays!

Staying at Candlewood Suites felt like unwinding in a cozy cocoon. The king studio suite had everything I needed, a kitchen for late-night snacks, a comfy mattress that made me feel like I was being hugged by a cloud, and a shower with water pressure that could easily double as a fireworks display! I even enjoyed splashing around in the pool with my grandsons, making this stay a memorable anniversary trip. Perfect!

A slight noise issue.

The location was great! Just a few minutes from attractions (and not too far from good food)! The rooms were spacious and clean with a roll-in shower which was super helpful. Staff were really friendly too!

Was all great.

Had a lekker time with my family! The room was proper clean, comfy beds, and the pool was a hit with the kids—jolled around with my grandsons for ages. Enjoyed time with my son’s family too, made it special for our anniversary!

Only downside, it was a bit noisy at night with guests running around the halls, which made it tricky to catch some z's.

Celebrating our 46th anniversary, the King Studio Suite exceeded expectations with its cleanliness and comfort. The small kitchen area was convenient for late-night snacks, and we enjoyed quality time splashing in the pool with our grandsons. Despite the enjoyable stay, the area between the bed and the TV felt cramped, slightly detracting from the experience. Limited noise insulation from the hallway made it tricky at times to catch some sleep, but overall, it was a delightful visit.
