During my Easter stay, I appreciated the affordable rates and the historical charm of the hotel. the architecture and art-deco lift were enchanting, giving a sense of stepping back in time. the location of the hotel was unbeatable, right on the zocalo. Plus, the staff were friendly and helpful, offering recommendations for dining and sightseeing.

There were some aspects of the hotel that could be improved. the cleanliness of the rooms was not up to par, with stained sheets and old-looking towels.

I had an amazing stay at this luxurious hotel located right on the bustling zocalo. The view from my balcony was simply breathtaking, overlooking the vibrant square and the iconic Veracruz Cathedral. The room layout was unique, giving it a more spacious and apartment-like feel. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, even granting my last-minute request for a late checkout. The service, from room service to housekeeping, was exceptional. Plus, the amenities provided, such as the air conditioning, sitting area, and in-room safe, enhanced my comfort and convenience during my stay.

I must say, being located in a lively party street did result in some noise in the evenings. However, this was a minor inconvenience that did not significantly affect my overall experience.

We loved the hotel's location, right in the heart of the city's main square. It was perfect for exploring the colonial section of this city. The staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful, providing us with recommendations for restaurants and sightseeing. We also appreciated the fact that they had their own parking garage and the air conditioning in our room worked great. Plus, we enjoyed the convenience of having several restaurants nearby and being close to major attractions.

Nothing could have been better.

The rooms are spacious and clean with two big double beds and a spacious bathroom. The AC works well and the hot water is consistent. The manager was helpful in resolving an issue and there is parking available in the back of the building. Conveniently located near restaurants and major attractions.

The only positive aspect of this hotel was its convenience to the nearby Zocalo. It was within walking distance and there were decent bars and restaurants in the area. However, even this advantage was overshadowed by the numerous issues and disappointments during my stay.

The hotel was old and dark, in desperate need of restoration. the air conditioner was extremely loud and eventually stopped working altogether.
