We had a fantastic stay at this hotel with its wonderful facilities, including a beautiful pool with a view over the bay and close proximity to restaurants in this city. The included breakfast had a wide variety of choices and the staff were always friendly and helpful.

The view from the room was amazing, especially at night. The location is perfect, close to everything including the beach and there are many nice restaurants with great fresh food within a short walk. You can walk or take a cheap taxi if you don't want to walk. The area is surrounded by locals, giving it an authentic feel. No fast food or many shopping options.

I got great value for my money at Irma. The room may have been simple, but the bed was so comfortable and the air conditioner worked wonderfully. The location was perfect, with easy access to both la ropa and merida beaches. The staff at Irma were incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel well taken care of throughout my stay.

The morning meal could be improved with better margaritas. It would be great if they made them from scratch instead of using a sweet mix.

The stay at the hotel was wonderful and fabulous. The room had a comfortable bed and great air conditioning. The hot water in the shower had good pressure and there was an incredible view from the room. The breakfast included was delicious and the hotel staff was warm, caring, and kind.

Beautiful ocean views, helpful and friendly staff, and a delicious breakfast included in my stay. This place also had great room amenities like comfortable double beds and a quiet AC system. The location on a hill gives you a peaceful and quiet retreat away from the noise of the city.

Would definitely recommend this venue to friends and family.

Beautiful location with amazing views. The staff at Hotel Irma were incredibly helpful and quick to respond to any issues. The swimming pools and outdoor spaces were lovely, and the two-hour happy hour was a nice bonus. The housekeeper even made towel animals to make us smile. There are also great restaurants nearby. Despite a few drawbacks, I would recommend this hotel overall.

The view of the ocean off the balcony was absolutely stunning, definitely the highlight of our stay. The friendly staff made us feel welcome and attended to our needs throughout our stay. We appreciated the convenience of having an on-site restaurant, and the pool was wonderful, especially the one with the forever view of the bay.

One downside is that there are no elevators, so it can be a challenge to make it up several flights of stairs, especially if you have a lot of luggage. Additionally, the beach access is not directly from the hotel but requires navigating a set of steep stairs or taking a short walk down the street for easier access.
