Comfortable and Convenient Stay

The hotel provides a comfortable and well-equipped room for an exceptional price, making it a great value for money option. the staff were friendly and helpful, ensuring a pleasant stay. However, the lack of fresh air due to inaccessible windows may be a downside for some guests.

The staff were incredibly friendly and professional, the location was super convenient with on-site parking and an elevator, and the food at the divine restaurant was fantastic. the cleaning lady went ABOVE AND BEYOND, providing excellent service even after our late departure time. the room may be a bit old, but the comfort of the king bed and the cleanliness made up for it. the value for money was jaw-dropping, and it served as a perfect crash pad for storing gear while exploring the area.

Stayed at a hotel for work which was dull until a raucous event nearby stole my sleep. No parking onsite was a drag, companion got spooked. Thankfully, 24hr McD's saved my holiday from disaster! Close to the shops though, and gym was a saving grace. Laundry was surprisingly cool. Beds were comfy, staff were champs. Thanks for the adventure – quirky memories made.

The location of the hotel is fantastic, being just a short walk down to the waterfront and close to shops. Guests have mentioned enjoying meals in the restaurant on the first level and there is even a McDonald's restaurant conveniently located opposite. The rooms are comfortable with a comfy bed and a great compendium providing information on local attractions.

Some guests have mentioned noise from the street, suggesting that the windows should have thicker glass to block out the noise.

Despite the TV glitch, Burnie Central Townhouse Hotel's convenient location near shops, comfy beds, and friendly staff made my weekend stay enjoyable. Noise from outside was a minor downside, yet the overall value for money and cleanliness exceeded my expectations. the helpful cleaning lady was a standout!

The hotel's location doesn't offer much of a view with rooms overlooking the container depot and the port or the McDonald's car park. However, the hotel is situated in the central downtown area, and the parking at the rear of the hotel is not secure.
