So, we tried to enjoy our stay. Like the small swimming pool was cute , but couldn’t swim when the cleaning lady knocked on the door at dawn for the room. We tried to chill outside , and had tasty drinks at nearby places after a long day.

It was not cheap at all , but still acceptable for what we expected.

We loved the hotel's convenient location near several municipal markets, offering fresh produce and local crafts. The room was comfortable with efficient air conditioning, and the staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

We experienced some noise from outside, which interrupted our sleep at times.

This place suits me perfectly with free wi-fi, outdoor swimming pool, and 24-hour reception. The staff gave me a morning wake-up call during my first stay, which I appreciate. I highly recommend enjoying the relaxing grounds. I'll be back for a business trip!

The location is not bad for getting

to many attractions, just a stroll to the cathedral and various restaurants. I appreciated the quiet evenings, though there was a bit of noise from the corridors. The staff were very friendly, and I enjoyed spending some time around the small pool.

Had a comfy stay! Loved the little restaurant for breakfast. Chilaquiles were on point. It was a bummer that things got noisy at night with people partying outside—made it hard to crash after a long day. Overall, super close to shops and stuff, and parking was easy peasy.

However, the lack of soundproofing was noticeable, with hallway noises interrupting the peace during late nights and early mornings. Make sure to secure any valuables, as I had some concerns about missing items. Still, I found the blend of convenience and comfort made it a worthwhile visit.

Upon check-in, I faced a confusing reservation issue where we were told our rooms were only booked for one night instead of the two nights we reserved. The staff at the front desk was rude and unhelpful, refusing to acknowledge their mistake. Additionally, we encountered a disturbing incident during the night when someone was screaming loudly outside, which made our stay feel unsafe and uncomfortable.

The stay was sweet as, but the night was a bit dodgy with someone yelling outside. Loved the cozy vibe and helpful staff, though!

Really enjoyed my time here with the cozy little cafe and the relaxing garden area. The pool looked inviting too, perfect for a chill afternoon. The room was a bit basic, but it didn’t ruin my stay at all. definitely check it out! 😊

Perfect spot for the fam!

Had a nice time with the family! The courtyard was awesome for our big dog to chill. The location is solid, really close to the city vibes, and the breakfast was a tasty start to our days. Just wish check-in could've been a bit smoother. Otherwise, a peaceful stay we enjoyed.

Cozy space, friendly staff, our stay was enhanced by the convenient access to public transport just 50 meters away and the nice outdoor area perfect for our morning coffee.

I found the location convenient for accessing the city center. The facilities included a pool and a garden, which was nice for relaxation. The laundry service, though expensive, was an option when needed. I appreciate having secure parking available. I was pleased with the friendly staff. English was spoken at the front desk, which helped me feel comfortable. It was an affordable stay overall. I visited in 2024-04-15.
