The room was incredibly comfortable and well-equipped. the staff were friendly and gave us helpful local advice. We were even able to check in early, which was greatly appreciated. the highlight was the rooftop pool with its stunning views. the included breakfast was the best we had during our entire trip. Honestly, it was the best value for money hotel we stayed in throughout our month of travel.

Great location, close to restaurants and a beautiful beach with sea turtle sightings. the room was clean, well-equipped, and smelled lovely with nice shower soaps. - Super friendly and helpful staff, even allowing early check-in and providing local advice. - the rooftop pool was a perfect spot to relax and unwind during Christmas.

Breakfast options were a bit limited, could have had more variety like eggs or different choices besides pancakes or a cheese toasty.

We had an absolutely amazing time during our romantic escape in Akumal! the facilities at the hotel were top-notch, with beautifully renovated rooms and a lovely swimming pool on the rooftop. the staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Plus, the young receptionist was particularly helpful and made our stay even more special. the location was perfect for us, as we had a car and wanted to explore the surrounding area. It was easy to access the beaches, lagoons, and other attractions nearby.
