We had a fantastic stay! The room was wonderful, with a comfy bed and modern renovations. The hotel facilities were top-notch, including the store in the lobby for convenient breakfast sandwiches. The location was great, with easy access to local restaurants and bars around the pools. We were even able to request a cabana when all were booked, and the staff was receptive to our needs. Plus, we had a breathtaking view of the ocean from our room.

I recently stayed at the JW Marriott in Cancun for a week-long vacation. The hotel's beach location was perfect, and the pools were absolutely amazing. The workout and spa facilities were top-notch, and I couldn't ask for more in terms of amenities. The staff were incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, and I felt safe and secure during my entire stay. I can't wait to plan my next trip and choose this fantastic hotel again.

We had an amazing stay at this centrally located hotel. The property was super clean and had lots of amenities for us to enjoy every day. The staff were friendly, courteous, polite, and very knowledgeable. The hotel facilities were outstanding, including the pools and our room. Everything was clean, safe, and secure. We felt safe throughout our stay. The location was convenient, with several nice restaurants nearby and the airport being easily accessible.

No towel restrictions at the pools. Great size pool. Outstanding staff, especially at breakfast. Peaceful and pristine location on beautiful stretch of beach. Easy access to shopping malls and restaurants via local bus service.

I was impressed with the restaurant's food, which was surprisingly good and served promptly. the waitstaff and chefs were well-trained, and the hotel had strong Wi-Fi coverage throughout. the beach area in this section of Cancun was less crowded, providing a sense of relaxation.
