The spacious rooms offered impressive ocean views that truly enhanced our mornings.

Unfortunately, the check-in process took over 30 minutes, which was quite frustrating after a long journey.

Staying at JW Marriott Cancun was like stepping into a luxurious vacation wonderland! From the effortless check-in process to waking up in our spacious room with a panorama of sun-kissed beach and turquoise waters, every moment felt sublime. My husband and I feasted on pasta at their Italian restaurant where the lasagna was almost as big as a small pizza! And don't even get me started on the breakfast buffet—shoutout to their green juice, which was like sipping the essence of vacation! The nightly ambiance by the pool topped off our adventure, making every starry evening a scene straight from a romantic movie. If you’re looking for fun, it’s like they rolled the beach and the pool together into one good time, served with excellent drinks!

Club 91 was a treat

Woke up to the sound of waves crashing, and headed straight to Club 91 for breakfast. The omelette station was a highlight, and the fresh fruit options were delightful. Evening cocktails with premium liquor added a special touch throughout our stay. Don't miss out on the complementary yoga sessions—perfect for beginners with location at the beach for calming vibes.

The breakfast buffet stood out with its selection of tasty salads and made-to-order omelettes, setting a high standard for mornings. Staff were consistently friendly and attentive, ensuring a pleasant experience, and the pools added a refreshing touch to relaxation. However, it was disappointing that the service could be slow during peak times, and some food options fell short of expectations. Acknowledging the beautiful beach view from the room makes it easy to overlook minor inconveniences. Still, the overall atmosphere creates a vibrant getaway feel.

We loved the beautiful beachfront view that made mornings special! The pools were great for our 3 young kids, and we enjoyed the variety of dining options. The daily fitness classes were a fun way to stay active and bond as a family.

For dads, it would be great if there were more kid-friendly menus.

Limited entertainment options and high prices for meals diminished the experience. The beach area had a significant amount of seaweed that detracted from its natural beauty.

the marriott is beautiful, with stunning grounds and a fantastic beach view. the pool area is great, and the sun beds are super comfy. it’s just a short walk to shops and restaurants, and i loved the daily $50 credit they gave us for our room. the friendly staff made breakfast extra special!

the fitness classes were a bit pricey on top of the resort fee.
