Comfy room and convenient location

Although it could use a renovation, the amenities provided were nice and made our stay enjoyable. The hotel's location was another standout feature, as we were just a short distance away from a mall with some of the best restaurants in Santa Fe. Additionally, the gym offered a great space for a full body workout. we would recommend this hotel for its comfortable rooms and convenient location.

Nothing to fault.

The staff were friendly and went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and at home. the bell boys, Antonio and Ivan, were especially attentive and made us feel like family. Additionally, the hotel had a great pool area and the food from the room service was delicious.

There were some cleanliness issues at the hotel. the rooms had dirty and stained carpets, and the corners of the bathroom were not properly cleaned.

The spacious, clean rooms have a nice bathroom with a bathtub. The gym is well-equipped and the heated outdoor pool is a nice touch. The concierge service is helpful and accommodating. The hotel has two nice restaurants and a comfortable lounge with a good selection of drinks and food.

I really got great value for my money at this hotel! The room was spacious, clean, and had all the amenities I needed. The location was convenient for my business stay. The staff at Jw Marriott Santa Fe were incredibly friendly and provided excellent service.

Comfy bed, slept like a baby. Pool and jacuzzi on the 2nd floor, perfect for relaxing.

Smell in the bathroom upon arrival, took a long time to switch rooms. WiFi is not free, an extra expense.

I recently stayed at the J.W. Marriott in Santa Fe and I must say, the service was exceptional. The staff, especially Antonio and Ivan, went above and beyond to make me feel welcomed and taken care of. The hotel itself is modern and stylish, with a great location. The massage service was top-notch, thanks to Paulina and Alejandrina. The variety of amenities, including the extensive art collection, made my stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing and luxurious experience.
